Here is our list of September Scottish music festivals. If you have any to add or edit please contact us.

Blas is a  festival with an accent on traditional Highland culture.

An arts festival taking place in various locations in Brechin.

A great festival where you can be sure of a warm welcome and the chance to relax and enjoy "good craic" in the beautiful, remote setting of Glenelg.

This  annual festival is held in Dunbar East Lothian, a lovely seaside town on the shores of the Firth of Forth.

The beautiful town of Gairloch on the west coast of Scotland.

The community owned Isle of Gigha, the most southerly and one of the most beautiful of the Hebridean Islands.

Hairth O' Knokrach is an autumn festival  in the south west of Scotland.

The Jura Music Festival takes place each year on the last weekend in September.

The Linlithgow Folk Festival Association promotes folk music in West Lothian, in all its many different styles.

Two days of jumping around in a big tent to some mighty fine bands, all set around the amazing Highland backdrop of Ullapool on the shores of Loch Broom.

This is a friendly annual music Festival with concerts, sessions and events.

An annual event celebrating the rich heritage of the North East through its language and traditions.  Exhibitions, concerts, ceilidhs, workshops, etc.

The Kirriemuir Festival is run by the TMSA (The Traditional Music & Song Association) and  takes place the first weekend of September.

A spectacular calendar of events will mark Scotland's first ever Homecoming year. So, whether you're a Scot, of Scottish descent, or simply love Scotland, you're invited!

In the heart of Glasgow City Centre the Merchant City is easily accessible by rail or bus.

Sessions and more in a beautiful seaside village.
