Dundee Festival of Scottish Music. Takes place over the city’s October Holiday weekend, traditionally known as The Fast.

The Mod is organised by An Comunn Gàidhealach (The Highland Association) which was founded in Oban in 1891. It has HM The Queen as its Patron.

A unique celebration of small 'free-reed' instruments.

This festival is organised by Clydesdale Folk Club.

Blazin’ in Beauly is the musical extravaganza, started by the band Blazin’ Fiddles in the historic village of Beauly, 15 miles west of Inverness.

Darvel Music Festival has a wide range of genres from both established and up and coming artists.

Penicuik lies on the outskirts of Edinburgh. The Folk Club runs its  long standing festival which features a great programme of concerts, ceilidhs, competitions and workshops.

Now 10 days long, the festival has become a major event in the calendar of Perthshire.

The art of live storytelling has ancient roots. It has flourished in Scotland over centuries and is enjoying a contemporary renaissance.

The principal focus will be on a session-based festival..

This festival always has the most amazing guest musicians from around the world.

A spectacular calendar of events will mark Scotland's first ever Homecoming year. So, whether you're a Scot, of Scottish descent, or simply love Scotland, you're invited!
