    November Scottish Music Festivals

    Now 10 days long, the festival has become a major event in the calendar of Perthshire.

    A spectacular calendar of events will mark Scotland's first ever Homecoming year. So, whether you're a Scot, of Scottish descent, or simply love Scotland, you're invited!

    Concerts, sessions and ceilidhs, open stage and festival club with a friendly atmosphere.

    Edinburgh's stately Assembly Rooms in George Street is the venue for this annual festival - the largest celebration of Scots fiddling anywhere in the world.


    Strathspey Away is an exciting dance festival hosted by Dannsa a Scottish traditional dance group who specialise in vibrant and energetic percussive footwork . This festival which is held in Kingussie in the beautiful Badenoch & Strathspey area.


    Partick festival is a popular annual event held in this west of Scotland town and is a ‘must go’ for musicians and festival goers alike.


    Saint Andrew is the Patron Saint of Scotland, and St. Andrew's Day is celebrated by Scots around the world on the 30th November.


    The Howe Festival is organised by Aberdeenshire Council.

    A festival organised by Edinburgh Folk Club which came into being to celebrate the life and work of Scottish poet and folklorist Hamish Henderson
