A brilliant annual ceilidh which takes place over 3 floors of in Edinburgh University's Teviot House. Non stop song, music and dancing to great ceilidh music from 9pm - 3am. There's also an open stage.
Tickets cost £8 / £6 (student discount). £5 (musicians discount, bring an instrument)

2006: 25th February 2006: The Highland Annual at Teviot Row House Edinburgh: The annual function organised by the Edinburgh University students Highland Association. Regarded as something of an institution amongst Gaels and Highlanders in the Edinburgh area. It is open to the public at large and is a great night with a ceilidh on the top floor ) and intimate performances within the wine bar from some of the finest Gaelic singers and musicians. There are also sessions elsewhere in the building and lots of drink until 03.00 am.
Tickets cost £8 / £6 (concession) / £4 (musicians participating in open session/open stage) and are available from Sandy Bells, Coda Music on the Mound, and on the door on the night.
