This is a free, child friendly, festival set in the beautiful harbour village of Dunure, just outside Ayr. Sessions concerts open stage and more.
The Dunure Inn started life as housing for fishermen. The fishing boats landed their catch of herring daily on the quay up until the mid 1960’s. The picturesque harbour is now owned by the Dunure Harbour Committee who work tirelessly to maintain and preserve it. Although there is no longer commercial fishing from the harbour, it still remains busy with pleasure boats and a few local lobster boats.
