    April Scottish Music Festivals

Here is our list of April Scottish music festivals. If you have any to add or edit please contact us.

A Ceilidh Weekend which takes place in and around the Royal Borough of Kirkwall.

The Gaitherin is a 4 day event during the Easter school holiday break  which offers children from Primary 5 up to Secondary 6 the opportunity to have a great time and enjoy Scottish music through a series of workshops and classes.

Ceilidh Culture is Edinburgh's annual showcase of traditional arts, held in the spring of each year.

Fèis is the Gaelic word for festival or feast and Rois is Gaelic for Ross-shire.

The flagship event in a very exciting and innovative Fèis Rois year round calendar.

An annual spring festival taking place in various venues over three days in the lovely village of Glenfarg, Perthshire. Concerts, competitions, children’s events and more.

A long-running festival in the North-east popular with performers and folk fans alike!

Each year one of the four Scottish branches of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann takes a turn at convening this key event in the traditional music calendar.

This music festival takes place in and around the Mishnish Hotel  which is located in the Main Street, Tobermory,

A little trad music festival taking place in Kirkcaldy

This is a free, child friendly, festival set in the beautiful harbour village of Dunure, just outside Ayr.

A spectacular calendar of events will mark Scotland's first ever Homecoming year. So, whether you're a Scot, of Scottish descent, or simply love Scotland, you're invited!
