Marie Fielding (fiddle), Owen Fielding (piano) and Duncan Black (accordion) are a trio of excellent musicians and their timing and execution of the material is quite simply brilliant!

"This album was inspired by an informal session at Stanley Ceilidh in November 2003. Although we had never played as a trio, the music was electifying. We wanted to to capture that moment again and keep the sound acoustic. You will hear tunes old and new on this album and tributes to many people including: Scott Skinner, Jim Johnstone, Jimmy Blue, John Gibson, Willie Hunter, Ronnie Cooper, The Hamefarers, Ian Powrie, Manus McGuire and Rabbie Burns. It has been a challenge choosing the contents of the album but great fun and very rewarding.
