This is a re-release of the bands classic Topic album first released in 1979 to which Temple Records have added four tracks from an EP produced on a limited basis in 1980. Great value from the great Scottish band who still lead the way.

About Jim & Sylvia Barnes
Both fine musicians, Jim (cittern, guitar, vocals) and Sylvia Barnes (vocals, dulcimer, guitar, bodhran) were part of one of the early Battlefield Band line-ups, coming to the band via the group 'Kentigern', and later settled in England where their home became a welcoming ‘safe house’ for many a travelling Scottish folk musician. Jim sadly passed away in 2004.
