The Scottish Fiddle Orchestra has brought so much fun and lively music to so many people across at least two continents while at the same time giving their support to numerous charities. This recording celebrates their 25th anniversary and what better way to show their exuberance than with a CD full to the brim with new and to a large extent, previously unrecorded music. The "Orchestra" is made up of around 130 of some of the finest players drawn from all parts of Scotland. Under the baton of their charismatic conductor and musical director, John Mason MBE, the Orchestra performs all over the United Kingdom and overseas.
