A selection from the "Second Grand Concert of Piping" which features Highland and Small Pipes presented by the Lowland and Border Pipers Society in the Edinburgh Academy Assembly Hall. Although quite different in content from the 1995 concert, this is another wonderful evening of piping, showcasing a variety of pipes and piping styles. Musicians are John MacLean (Highland Bagpipe), Malcolm Robertson (Small Pipes), Patrick Molard (Small Pipes and Biniou), St Lawrence O'Toole Pipe plus a set of tunes on Launeddas, with Orlando Mascia & Franco Melis.
