A unique CD by the late Dundee pianist Fred Hartley playing a selection of Scottish melodies. Fred achieved fame first as a solo pianist, then as leader of a novelty quintet before becoming BBC’s Head of Light Music. Very sensitive playing with a nice contemporary swing here and there.
