A new CD from Pete Clark which focuses on the music of Robert Mackintosh, the great fiddler player and composer from Tulliemet in Perthshire. The CD was recorded in the music room at Murthly Castle, and the sound is redolant of 18th century Scotland and the golden age of fiddle music. The music ranges from stately minuets and gavottes to lively jigs and reels.
