This CD is a compilation of the lifetime musical excursions of piping maestro Roddy (R.S.) MacDonald. His tunes have always been hailed as fantastic by the young turks of the piping and folk music world who love his quirky, exciting and edgy music. The title track "Good Drying" has become a standard and his Margaret's Waltz is much loved by fiddlers everywhere. I have been a fan of "Last Tango in Harris" after hearing a stompin' version played at a concert by Eilidh Shaw, Angus Grant, Simon Bradley and Iain MacLeod .
