This is the first recorded collaboration between Gaelic tenor Paul McCallum and Margaret Mackinnon (composer) though they have been working together for over 20 years. Paul has a beautiful voice and the  Gaelic songs here are new  compositions with lyrics supplied by bards from the islands of Tiree, Lewis and Harris.

When they were asked to produce a CD, it was put to them that there is a great dearth of new Gaidhlig songs, so they decided that they should put this right and this CD is the result.
