An another fine CD from Bill Black, a stalwart of the Scottish music scene. Based in Perth in Central Scotland, button box accordionist Bill Black has been playing Scottish dance music for more than fifty years. On this Cd he is again joined by pianist Mabel Gray. The fiddler for this occasion is Judi Nicolson. Bill dedicates a gaelic waltz set to Robert MacFadyen who played drums with the band for 16 years and who died very suddenly in his mid forties. As Bill says, a huge miss.
