    Brilliant Tunes
    Neil

Sandy Brechin is undoubtedly one of the finest accordion players in Scotland, and this book proves that he is a great composer as well. Although the tunes in this book are difficult, they are well worth learning as they have a contemporary style that makes this book stand out from many others. Brechin's use of shords is also unusual, with a number tunes having offbeat bass lines. All in all this is an excellent collection, although I'm not joking about them being difficult, beginners might want to start with something else and build up to this!
