The Scottish Tradition Series consists of a selection of material previously held in the archives of Edinburgh University's School of Scottish Studies.
This CD contains choral work songs, mouth music, canntaireachd and other Gaelic songs.
There is an additional little booklet "Music From The Western Isles" - an introduction to the Gaelic music of Scotland - written to compliment this CD.
