'Strathspè Away - 6th - 8th November'

This year's Strathspè Away in Kingussie looks like being Dannsa's best festival yet. Headline band Beòlach are performing and teaching all weekend, Mats Melin returns with his Irish dancers and musicians from University of Limerick, while other bands include The Bella MacNab Ceilidh Band, Alba Flamenca and Dannsa.

Tutors are; Jim Barry teaching Irish Set Dance, Saliha Haouach teaching Flamenco, John Sikorski, Mac Moran and Mairi Rankin teaching Step Dancing, Sheila McCutcheon with Ceilidh Dancing, as well as Dannsa's own regulars Caroline Reagh and Sandra Robertson. Music tutors include: Gillebride MacMillan with Puirt-a-Beul, Wendy MacIsaac and Sarah Hoy on fiddle and Angus Nicolson on Tin Whistle.
