Shetland fiddler and teacher Catriona Macdonald has launched a new project, based around a wonderful weekend of fiddle teaching and food. The Homemade Workshops will start in January, then April and offered every few months after that and in the future other tutors and instruments will be offered. Catriona's playing and teaching reputation will guarantee an amazing experience from passing on the Shetland style of her homeplace to leading the Folk degree program at Newcastle University she is a true Tradition Bearer.
