Hi, folks ! It's Embra Festival time again, and I'm exhausted just watching folk passing out leaflets etc, so thought I'd shamelessly plug a gig here instead , in the virtual world, thus keeping stress levels manageable and shoe leather intact ! :)
I'm doing a wee gig with some great pals at The Royal Oak, Infirmary St, Edinburgh, on 10th August at 8.30 pm. Tickets are £6, and for that you get to hear the wonderful Frank McLaughlin on guitar and smallpipes, the tremendous Allan and Rosemary McMillan on guitar and voice, the amazing storyteller Andy Cannon doing something a wee bit different ( !! ) and my good self warbling away and playing the odd bit of cello (sometimes VERY odd ! ) Just thought I'd sling in a few superlatives, as that's what all the leaflets I've seen seem to do, whilst fabricating a glowing review in advance !! Won't bother with that, tho - just hope that you'll come along !
