Posted: 27-Jul-2005 22:41 Hello! I suspect I'll be at learning Scots Gaelic a fairly long time (I'm a late learner!), so I hope no one minds me asking for a translation of "serve the music", "serve the song", and "saved by music". Thank you! |

Posted: 02-Aug-2005 15:58 I need to know how to say "Love, Honor and Death from a chair" in Scottish Gaelic. "Death from a chair" would be fine also. Anyone? |

Posted: 23-Oct-2005 15:07 I really don't think you'd have had trouble finding that one without posting here; but anyway, it's caraid (pron. approx. carriage) (if you really need to stress that it's a female, it's bancharaid or banacharaid). And once again , I recommend this online dictionary to all enquiring minds: |

Posted: 29-Oct-2005 16:54 Hello! I need a scottish gaelic translation for "best friends" for engraving my fiance's ring. I found a direct translation, but I want it to be a conversational translation. Hope you can help :) This just in! : My rings are ready now and everyone I know that is scottish doesn't know gaelic! So I was hoping that someone here could come through for me as I am picking them up today :) I'm very excited! |
