    Harp Music

    harp music

Harp music is one of Scotland's most ancient traditions. The Scottish harp or clarsach was a favourite in court with the clan chiefs and royals who had the musicians compose and perform harp music. In the 21st century harp music is very popular with a wide range of musicians on the Scottish music scene. Current top clarsach players include Corrina Hewat, Catriona McKay, Alison Kinnaird and Savourna Stevenson. Why not try performing some harp music in our free harp sheet music guide. We also have a range of harp music books. Check out our information on the harp guide.
