Rura - Break It Up: This five-piece band from the West of Scotland - voted 'best up and coming artist' at the 2011 trad awards - combine the passions and influences of some of Scotland's most exciting young musicians. Among them, they feature three BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician Of The Year finalists and an All-Ireland Bodhran Champion. Their debut CD 'Break It Up' features a fine balance of tunes and songs with their instrumental sets generating a tight and exciting sound.
