Old Blind Dogs, fiddler and singer Jonny Hardie has released this excellent CD. Lucky Jonny is a blend of traditional and original material with tracks including the Robert Burns' song, 'Willie Brew'd a Peck O' Maut', and a tune especially arranged by Jonny's Mum and a Hardie family favorite, 'Music of the Spey'. Jonny also supplies lead vocals on The Nightingale. There are several self-penned tunes and other selections that Jonny has performed during his career as a fiddler, guitarist, singer, producer and composer. The album features a host of stars from the Scottish folk scene - including members of Old Blind Dogs, past and present.
