It is nigh on 50 years since there was the chance to hear a recording of Gaelic singer and National Mod Gold Medalist Donald M MacLeod. Here we have a selection of BBC recordings of Donald M MacLeod accompanied by John Carmichael (accordion), Bobby MacLeod (accordion), Frank Henery (guitar) and Billy Thom (drums). There are 13 tracks featuring Donald's songs, many with an Islay connection. The CD benefits Islay and Jura Sick Childre's fund.
