100 Years of Sir Jimmy Shand - 100 plus Original Compositions: Sir Jimmy's son has put together this book which contains more than100 of his father's tunes/compositions previously unpublished, some going as far back as 1947.
The book contains a selection of different tempos with a leaning towards 6/8 Marches which were Sir Jimmy's favourite. There are nice Waltzes, Retreats, Slow Airs, Barn Dances, Polkas, Jigs and Reels etc. A complete mixture to suit either a Dance or Concert programme. A lovely tune book!
