    Lee MacKay

Lee Mackay  from Scrabster, near Thurso, is just sixteen years old, but he is a veteran of the squeezebox. From the time of his first lessons at the age of ten from Thurso accordionist, John Dunbar, Lee has been a diligent student, as is shown by the high quality of his playing on his debut album "The Splashing Rocks of Melness"

    Albums:

    The Splashing Rock of Melness
The CD, The Splashing Rock of Melness, is also the name of the first tune on the first track. Composed by Lee when he was only eleven years old, it was penned at the request of Billy Farquhar, admired coxwain of Thurso lifeboat.
