Arthur Spink began his career in show business when he was just 17, having started playing the accordion at the age of five. He spent many years touring the world and became a household name in Scottish music circles. Before emigrating to Australia, the Dundee accordionist recorded extensively for the Beltona label in the 1970s. He was also well-known, with tenor Dennis Clancy for their famous ‘Twa Braw Lads’ act. |
